ACRL liaison opportunity with National Women’s Studies Association – apply by August 20

At its Annual Conference meeting June 26, 2010, in Washington D.C the ACRL Board of Directors approved the National Women’s Studies Association (NWSA) as an organizational liaison for a two-year term. An outstanding, influential, and energetic individual is needed to fulfill the role of ACRL liaison to the NWSA. ACRL liaisons work to demonstrate the value-added asset libraries and librarians are to the liaison organization’s goals and model effective partnerships between librarians and other professionals within the liaison organization.

Application information is available on the Council of Liaisons website.
