Planning, Conducting, and Communicating Library Assessment: An Overview [video replay]
This program introduced key stages of effective library assessment programs and projects. Topics include: creating a library-wide assessment plan, planning small- and large-scale projects, choosing methodology, and communicating results and future actions to key stakeholders. The speakers will present strategies for approaching assessment depending on your institutional context and they will provide examples of projects they have worked on.
