How to Think (and Act) Like a UX Librarian (Part 2)
In the past few years, many university libraries have hired user experience (UX) librarians to evaluate and improve library websites, services, and systems. But what exactly is a UX Librarian and what do they do? Building on our introductory October discussion (which can be viewed here), three experienced UX librarians from Duke University, North Carolina State University, and the University of Arizona will share additional ways to get started doing UX work and offer tips for how to conduct user research, make sense of what you learn, and use what you find to make more user-centered decisions. Join us for this follow-up discussion, and learn more ways you can incorporate UX thinking and processes into your daily work and inspire your colleagues to do the same.
This program will be recorded for later viewing if you unable to attend the live session. This program is brought to you by the ULS Professional Development Committee. Please send questions to Jason Martin (jason.martin@mtsu.edu).
